




Good Bread, Good Vibes
Kingston Bread started in 2017 — first as a weekly sourdough "lab" run out of founder Aaron Quint's home in the Stockade district, then as a Saturday popup at Rough Draft Bar & Books. In February 2020, Aaron partnered with Rough Draft owners Amanda and Anthony Stromoski to open Kingston Bread + Bar's first brick-and-mortar storefront.
"Do you have sourdough?" "Is it organic?" Yes! All of our bread — and most of our pastries — are made with natural leavening (AKA our sourdough starter) instead of commercial yeast. We use organic flour, much of it from the Hudson Valley and New York State, and source local meats, dairy, and produce whenever possible.
